As a member of our Sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. Our sales team is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring that we deliver the best possible outcomes for our partners and customers. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by our impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS), you’ll be part of a team that is recognized for its commitment to excellence and customer-centric approach. Your main tasks are the following:

  • Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive business sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. Provide guidance and direction with cross-functional teams to define strategic sales initiatives and prioritize resource allocation to achieve business growth and profitability. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust as needed. Provide strong leadership to the commercial team, setting clear objectives and expectations, and fostering a high performance culture to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering
    a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors, including reaching relevant vertical and end users, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Develop a best-in-class process for distributor management resulting in share growth, and cross-selling. Negotiate and manage contracts with distributors, reps, and other business partners to optimize terms and conditions.
  • Develop and propose annual sales growth plans for the European region, ensuring alignment with strategy. Schedule key activities/projects to increase market share, ensuring integration with other elements of the organization. Manage sales budget plans.
  • Manage and report on performance within the sales department; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold them accountable for achieving these; take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of annual business objectives.

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:

  • This position requires personal leadership and cross-functional team skills to achieve company goals. Must
    think critically, with creative intuition and clear understanding of actions to meet objectives. Must operate
    with speed in entrepreneurial spirit while working in a culture of discipline to support development and
    adherence to standard work.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or study
  • Over 10 years of proven success selling solution-based sales to B2B and distributor clients, with over half of this in sales management and leadership positions.
  • Experience building and managing sales teams, deep sales process knowledge and history of successful installation of the sales process, experience in implementing and managing a metrics-based sales organization.
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Ability and willingness to travel at 30% or greater.

 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience working in a private equity-owned company is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Salesforce and statistical analysis
    software.
  • Demonstrated comfort making decisions in a faced-paced environment.
  • Customer focus, ensures accountability, strategic mindset, motivating and inspiring, communicates
    effectively, builds effective teams.
