Descrizione del lavoro

The tasks of this strategic position are the following:

Developing and managing your portfolio of Key Accounts in France.
Achieving sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
You conduct Key Accounts analysis.
You know how to prepare a country plan as part of your strategy.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
You collaborate closely with your colleagues in Spain, both operational (after-sales, production and logistics) and support (International Management, Marketing Department).
You contribute to the roll-out of sales and marketing related activities.
You draw up quotes (technical and tariff) and negotiate prices in compliance with the group’s pricing policy.
The position involves regular travelling.

Profilo candidato

We are looking for a person with the following skills and competencies:
- Experience in the fields of management or engineering.
- You possess an advanced level (both verbal and written) in English and/or Spanish.
- You have a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You have strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the industry of professional clothing.
- You have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
- You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You can analyze and draw inference from data .
- Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus.

Gross salary depending on the experience + on-target annual bonus.

Procedura

The whole procedure will take 4 interview rounds in principle. If more needed, the candidate will be informed. Personality test may be part of the procedure.
