Key Account Manager Spain at Kyorene

Result driven sales passionate with PPE experience

Following the expansion strategy in Spain of QS Safety, owner of the Kyorene ® brand, the company is looking to add a Key Account Manager to the team. We are looking for a result driven sales passionate with a proven track record in the Spanish PPE market.

of R&D into Graphene, QS Safety successfully launched the world’s first Graphene based gloves under the
tradename Kyorene®.

The tasks of this exciting role read as follows:

  • Focus most energy on the promotion of KYORENE product technology and brand: Kyorene & Kyorene
    Pro.
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow up accordingly;
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which
    market strategies can be used to attract customers;
  • Effective communication with manager and customers on a regular basis;
  • Attend sales calls at end-users and distributor;
  • Attend local tradeshows, training events and major sales opportunities;
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share;
  • Develop sales plans designed to maximize wallet share at key accounts;
  • The KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER–SPAIN will stay abreast of and communicate all information related to
    product issues/changes/regulations that effect the applications of and uses of products;
  • Will document major wins and losses with recommendations for improvements;
  • Continually communicate sales progress –wins, losses, and gaps to its manager;
  • Monitor and analyse sales and sales trends of hand and arm protection products within territory by
    product and customer;
  • Perform glove surveys/audits for key accounts with the focus on converting all competitive hand and arm
    protection business in those to KYORENE;
  • Understanding the competitive playing field for hand and arm protection products in the market;
  • Sharing key information related to customers, products, competition, etc. across the company to help
    KYORENE better service its customers and grow the business.

Perfil candidato

The person we are looking for, possesses the following competences and personality traits:

  • You have good communication skills enabling you to well communicate with different stakeholders;
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the Spanish PPE market (both distribution and end users);
  • Entrepreneurial attitude is intrinsically part of your personality;
  • You have a “I won’t let go” mentality;
  • Knowledge of safety gloves is a major asset;
  • Team player is what you are;
  • Your level of English is good;
  • Analytical skills:
  • Curious by nature;
  • Flexibility is your middle name;
  • Above all you have a winners mentality !
